Terms & Conditions
Top slots this week

Accepting these terms and changes to them
By registering an account, logging in or placing a stake, you confirm that you accept these terms and that you are able to enter into a binding agreement with us. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms apply together with the other documents published on the site. Where a specific document covers a point in more detail, that document applies to the point it covers.
- These Terms & Conditions, which govern your account and your play.
- Our privacy policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.
- Our cookie policy and any notices shown when you use the site.
- The specific terms attached to each bonus, promotion or tournament.
- The rules of each individual game, as shown in the game itself.
We may change these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law, in our licence conditions, in the payment methods we offer or in the way the site works. Where a change is material, we will tell you before it takes effect, by e-mail or by a notice in your account. Continuing to use your account after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you may withdraw your remaining balance, subject to the checks described below, and close your account.
Eligibility and your account
Accounts are personal. You open an account for yourself, in your own name, and you are responsible for everything that happens on it.
Age and residency
You must be 18 or over to register, deposit or play. We are required to confirm this, and we will close any account held by a person under 18 and return deposited funds while voiding any winnings. Our services are offered to residents of the United Kingdom, and you must not use the site from a place where online gambling is unlawful.
One account per person
You may hold one account only. We also limit accounts to one per household, device and IP address where these are shared. If we find duplicate accounts, we may close the additional accounts, merge balances or void bonuses and any winnings gained from them.
Your details and your login
- Give accurate, complete and current registration details, and keep them up to date.
- Register in your own name and use payment methods held in that same name.
- Keep your username, password and any security codes private.
- Do not let anyone else use your account or play on your behalf.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account.
Keep your login to yourself
Activity carried out with your login is treated as yours. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and contact us at support@casinopure.co.uk or through the live chat on the site.
Verification of your identity and funds
We hold a gaming licence and are required to know who our customers are. We therefore carry out checks on every account, electronically where possible and by asking for documents where the electronic check is not conclusive.
Verification is completed before your first withdrawal, and may be repeated later. We may ask you for:
- Proof of identity and date of birth, such as a passport or driving licence.
- Proof of your current address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement.
- Proof that the payment method you used belongs to you.
- Information about the source of the funds you deposit, where we are required to ask.
While a check is outstanding we may restrict deposits, withdrawals or play on your account. We will tell you what we need and look over your documents as quickly as we reasonably can. If the information is not provided, or does not match the details on your account, we may suspend or close the account and return funds to their source where we are permitted to do so.
Deposits, withdrawals and bonuses
Deposits
You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposited money is held for your play and is not an investment; we do not pay interest on account balances. The payment methods available to you, any minimum and maximum amounts and the time each method takes are shown in the cashier when you make the transaction.
Withdrawals
Where possible, we return funds to the same method you used to deposit, up to the amount you deposited with it. Where that is not possible, we will agree an alternative method in your name with you. Withdrawal requests are processed once verification is complete and once any pending checks on the account have finished. The limits that apply to your withdrawals, and the time each method usually takes once approved, are shown in the cashier.
If an error in our software, a payment system or a game credits you with money that is not yours, we may correct the balance and recover the amount. Please tell us if you notice a balance that looks wrong.
Bonuses and promotions
Every offer carries its own terms, which sit alongside these terms and are shown with the offer before you opt in. Those terms will normally set out:
- Who is eligible and how to claim the offer.
- The wagering requirement and which games contribute towards it.
- The maximum stake allowed while a bonus is active.
- Any cap on winnings that can be withdrawn from the bonus.
- The expiry period after which the bonus and related winnings are removed.
Bonuses are offered in good faith for ordinary play. Where we find abuse of a promotion - for example duplicate accounts, group play, stake patterns designed only to clear a wagering requirement, or play that exploits a fault - we may remove the bonus and any winnings from it and withdraw access to future offers.
Safer gambling, suspension and closing your account
Gambling should stay affordable and enjoyable. The tools below are free, available in your account settings, and take effect as soon as they are confirmed.
- Deposit limits on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Reductions apply immediately; increases take effect after a cooling-off period.
- Loss and session limits, and reminders that show how long you have been playing.
- Time-out for a short break of a defined length, during which you cannot deposit or play.
- Self-exclusion for a longer, fixed minimum period that cannot be lifted early.
Free, confidential support
GamCare, GambleAware and the National Gambling Helpline offer free and confidential advice. GamStop lets you self-exclude from all online gambling sites licensed in Great Britain in one step.
Closing or suspending an account
You may close your account at any time by asking us in writing or through the live chat. We will return any remaining balance once verification and any outstanding checks are complete. Self-exclusion, once set, remains in force for its full term even if you ask us to reopen the account.
We may suspend or close an account where you breach these terms, where we suspect fraud, collusion, money laundering or the use of prohibited software, where we are required to do so by law or our licence, or where the account has been inactive for an extended period. Where funds are yours and no legal obstacle applies, we will return them.
Complaints, liability and governing law
Complaints and disputes
If something has gone wrong, please contact our support team through the live chat on the site or by e-mail at support@casinopure.co.uk, with your username and the details of what happened. We acknowledge complaints promptly and look into them within a reasonable time, keeping you informed of progress. If we cannot resolve the matter between us, you may refer it free of charge to an independent dispute resolution service, and we will tell you how to do that and provide our final response in writing.
Our liability
We take reasonable care to keep the site and its games working correctly, but we cannot promise that they will always be available or free of faults. We are not liable for losses caused by your internet connection, your device, or by matters outside our reasonable control. If a game or system malfunctions, affected rounds and any payouts from them are void. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your account, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
