General rules that apply to all play

You may hold one account with us. Accounts are personal, and only the account holder may place bets on them. Playing from an account that is not your own, or allowing somebody else to use yours, may lead to bets being voided and the account being closed.

  1. You must be 18 or over to open an account, place a bet or take part in any game.
  2. Every bet is placed from the balance held in your account with us, in the currency shown in the cashier.
  3. Where you hold both real-money funds and bonus funds, stakes are taken in the order set out in the cashier and in the bonus terms that apply to you.
  4. A bet is final once it has been placed and confirmed. We cannot cancel, change or refund a round that has started, including a spin made by mistake.
  5. Stake and prize limits apply to each game and are shown in the game itself. A bet above a limit will not be accepted.
  6. We hold a gaming licence and are required to verify accounts, so we may ask you to complete identity checks before a withdrawal is paid.

If the balance shown in your account is wrong because of a technical fault, a pricing error or a duplicated payment, we may correct it and adjust any winnings that arose from that error.

Keeping play in control

Your account carries tools for safer gambling: deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, time-outs and self-exclusion. For free and confidential help or advice, GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline are there to support you, and GamStop lets you self-exclude from licensed online operators in Great Britain.

How bets and spins are settled

Each game runs on a game server. The result recorded by that server is the result of the round, and it is what we use to settle your bet. What appears on your screen is a presentation of that result; if the two ever disagree, the server record stands.

  • In-game rules and paytables apply in full. Every game carries a help or information screen setting out how rounds are played, how wins are formed and what each symbol, hand or bet pays.
  • The return to player (RTP) figure is shown in each game. It is a long-run theoretical percentage measured over a very large number of rounds, not a guide to what a single session will return.
  • Results come from a random number generator, or from the physical equipment in a live studio. Past results do not affect future ones.
  • Wins are credited once the round is settled. Some features, such as free spins or a bonus round, settle only when the whole feature has finished.
  • Where a round cannot be settled because the stake was never taken, the round is void and the stake is returned.

Malfunctions and interrupted rounds

A malfunction is any fault in the software, hardware, network or studio equipment that stops a game working as it is meant to. A malfunction voids all pays and play. Where a round, a win or a feature is affected by a fault, that round is void: stakes are returned and any amount credited in error is removed.

  • If you lose connection part-way through a round, open the game again. An unfinished round will either resume where it stopped or settle on the server, and the outcome will be shown in your balance and game history.
  • Some games, including live tables, settle an incomplete round automatically after the period shown in the game.
  • Closing a game, losing signal or switching device does not cancel a bet that has already been placed.
  • If a fault repeats, or a result does not appear in your game history, contact us before playing that game again.

If a game stops responding

Do not place further bets on a game you believe is faulty. Note the game name and the time, then contact us on live chat or at support@casinopure.co.uk so we can check the round on the server.

Playing with bonus funds

Bonus funds, free spins and other promotional credits are governed by the terms of the promotion they came from, together with these rules and our general terms.

  1. Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, expiry period and qualifying games, all shown in the promotion.
  2. A maximum stake applies while bonus funds are in play. Bets above it may lead to the bonus, and anything won from it, being removed.
  3. Games contribute to wagering at different rates and some do not contribute at all. The contribution rates are published with the promotion.
  4. Playing in a way designed only to clear wagering with little risk, such as covering both sides of an even-money bet, is not accepted and may void the bonus.
  5. Where a bonus expires or is cancelled, the bonus balance and any winnings still tied to it are removed. Your real-money balance is not affected.

You can see which funds are in play, and how much is left to wager, in your account at any time.

Live casino and table games

Live tables are dealt by a dealer in a studio and follow the published rules of the table you are sitting at. Table limits differ from table to table and are shown in the lobby before you take a seat.

  • Each table carries its own help section covering the rules of that game, the side bets offered and how payouts are worked out.
  • Bets must be placed and confirmed within the betting time shown on the table. A late bet, or one that is not confirmed before betting closes, is not accepted and the stake is returned.
  • Decisions taken by the dealer and the studio's game manager are applied as they stand, subject to the rules of the table.
  • Where a card is misdealt, a wheel result is unclear or equipment fails, the round may be declared void and stakes returned.
  • Studio chat is moderated. Abusive or disruptive behaviour may lead to chat being withdrawn or a table being closed to you.

Questions and disputes about a round

If you believe a round has settled incorrectly, tell us as soon as you can, while the records are easy to trace.

  1. Write to us at support@casinopure.co.uk, or open live chat on the site.
  2. Tell us the game name, the date and time of the round, and the round or reference number shown in your game history.
  3. Avoid placing further bets on that game until we have replied.

We will check the server record of the round and reply with what it shows. Where that record and the display you saw disagree, the server record is what we settle from. If you are not satisfied with our answer, our complaints procedure explains the next steps, including referral to an alternative dispute resolution provider at no cost to you.
